What I like most about my team is that we train so that we can provide the patient with the top customer service. Everyone knows how to do everything, from greet someone at the front, answer the phone, to schedule their appointment, to even help them in the back, so that if someone's busy, then the next person can jump right in, and they know exactly what to do.
I start by hiring the right people. I love friendly people with positive attitudes, and they love to do things for people. That way, you don't have to ... you can't train someone who doesn't like people to do something for people, so I get people who already love people, and it shows.
You'll notice, like one of the first things you get when you walk in this office, is people will smile at you. They'll want to get to see you. They're excited to see you. They're excited to help you, if you have any issues. Just that alone will give someone an even better experience than just getting the process done.
Every member of our dental team in Chattanooga is committed to providing superior care to every one of our patients. Feel free to ask for anything to help make your dental experiences more pleasant. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you! Meet our team below.
